About

Hello,

I am a commerce, economics, math and statistics tutor based in Vancouver, BC. Over the past 10 years I have had the opportunity to help over 1,000 students have an easier time grasping their course material.

I graduated with a first class honours degree in economics with a minor in pure math from the University of Calgary in 2010. Afterwards, I moved to Vancouver for graduate school, where I completed the MA in economics program in 2012. During my time at UBC, I completed all of the PhD coursework in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics. After leaving graduate school, I received my CSC certification and passed all three levels of the CFA exams on my first attempt.

The majority of students that I tutor are from the Vancouver area, but I have helped students from across North America and Europe.

Within Canada, I have tutored high school students from St. George’s Senior School, York House School, Crofton House School, and several public schools in the Vancouver area. I regularly help students from UBC, SFU, and Langara College. I have also helped students from BCIT, Capilano University, Queen’s University, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, McGill, University of Calgary, University of Alberta, and Mount Royal University.

In the United States, I have tutored students from the University of California at Berkeley, University of California at Los Angeles, University of Southern California, Columbia University, and New York University.

Students from European schools that I have helped are from Cambridge University, the London School of Economics, and the University of Manchester.

I am a dedicated, supportive tutor that always tries to go above and beyond for all of my students. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a meeting, please get in touch.

Thanks for stopping by,
Aaron
