AP Exams

I offer support for the AP microeconomics, AP macroeconomics, AP statistics, and AP calculus exams. I have tutored students from each of these exams with most students typically receiving a 5 on each exam.

Custom course notes

I offer a full set of course notes for each of the AP exams or if you are currently taking an AP course through your school, we can focus our attention on practice problems, free response questions, and any other general questions you may have.

If you are looking for someone to help teach you the APs from scratch, or just want to supplement your classroom learning with our sessions, those are both options that I have had success with each year since 2014 with the AP exams.

Practice problems

At the end of each session, I will assign multiple choice questions and sample free response questions for you to practice. This is the most important component of doing well on the AP exams.

Sessions

Sessions for the AP exams are held via Zoom. We will share a Google Doc that we both have access to, so you can add notes, make highlights, or add your questions directly to the file between sessions so that we can always stay on top of the work. I have found that Zoom sessions are more effective for retention and note building as opposed to in person classes.

Experience

I have tutored well over 100 students for the AP exams, ranging from one-on-one sessions to small groups. I have a wide range of experience working with students of all abilities and who are shooting for different expectations on the exams. I typically plan for the student to achieve a 5 on the exams as this is one of the most important entry requirements for universities in Canada and the US.
