Where we meet

I primarily host sessions via Zoom as I have found this is the most effective, efficient, and valuable way of holding sessions for students. I am based out of Vancouver, BC and am available for in-person sessions at a few locations throughout the city based on availability and scheduling.

How I can help you

I will help you understand all of your course notes, your textbook, and any practice problems or practice exams. I will guide you in the right direction for your homework and essays, and will provide feedback on how you are doing.

Through this process, I will help you fully understand your course material and you will have the confidence to get the highest grades possible.

How we work together

We’ll work through anything you’re having trouble with. If you’re just having general difficulties, during our first meeting we will work out expectations, goals, and a plan for how to best prepare you for your assignments and and exams.

Every student is different, and so my approach varies depending on the type of student you are. If you are having trouble understanding your lecture material, for example, we will spend our time differently than if you have questions regarding a specific assignment, quiz, or exam. If you aren’t sure if I’ll be able to help, feel free to still send me an email and we will see what we can do!

Rates

I offer different pricing options depending on an individual student’s needs and level of study. Normally, rates vary between $60-120 per hour.

I also offer group rates, so please contact me if this is something you and your classmates are interested in.

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full length of the scheduled meeting.

Late Policy

If I am late to any scheduled meeting, you will not be charged for that time. And if at all possible, I will make the time up to you during that time slot.

If you are late to a schedule meeting, you will be charged for that time.

Moving Sessions

If you would like to reschedule a meeting, you are subject to the cancellation policy if no time can be found to move your arranged meeting to. However, if an alternative time can be found and you have given more than 24 hours notice, there is no charge.
